Explanation
We will assist you in setting up your new PC and any of your other devices such as your printer scanner, fax cell phones and/or your network router wired or wireless to 1 computer.

Restore
From your current computer we will use the backup and restore your new PC with all of your programs folders, files, music and images and anything else that you want installed on your new PC all at once.

Product Keys
Before any software is installed on your new PC all at once. You should have all of your product keys to each software before and available at Wards Enterpriseâ„¢ scheduled appointment.

Software Update
We will set up your new computer to automatically update your virus/ firewall along with Windows updates software so that your computer gets the most protection. The service is available only if the customer requests.

Backup
Once your new computer and all your devices have been set up. We will create a full backup of your new computer and store it onto your backup solutions.

Technical Support
The customer should already have an Internet Service Provider (ISP) before and available at Wards Enterpriseâ„¢ scheduled appointment.

We will assist you in connecting your current internet service (ISP) to your new computer. You will need to provide your username and password to your internet service. This service is available only at the customer's request.
